Right of withdrawal

Cut flowers and floral arrangements are perishable goods, therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under applicable law.

If the product you received is damaged or does not match your order, please report it within 24 hours of receipt, including a photo of the product.

Complaints can be submitted by phone or email. We will review them within 14 days of receiving your report.

If a complaint is accepted, the refund is issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
